Promotion Terms-Vibe Compound Labs

All promotions, discounts, and reward offers described on this site are offered by Vibe Compound Labs, are limited-time, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotions apply to eligible items only, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be applied retroactively to completed orders. All amounts are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Automatic Sitewide Discount

When an automatic sitewide sale is running, 10% is deducted from the price of eligible single-unit items at checkout with no code required. Kits, multi-item sets, bundles, and accessories are excluded from the automatic discount. The discount applies to merchandise only and does not apply to shipping, service fees, or taxes. The discount ends automatically at the posted end date and time.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted. One discount code may be applied per order. Where stated, a discount code may stack on top of an active automatic sitewide discount; codes never stack with each other or with buy-one-get-one style promotions. Codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated, apply to merchandise subtotal only, and may be voided if the associated order is cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Spend Thresholds and Free Items

Reward thresholds (for example, a complimentary item at a stated order value) are evaluated on the merchandise subtotal after all discounts are applied, and before shipping, service fees, and taxes. Complimentary items are added automatically when the qualifying total is met, are subject to availability, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value. If a qualifying order is partially refunded or returned below the threshold, the value of the complimentary item may be deducted from the refund.

Eligibility

Promotions are available only to purchasers age 21 or older who are acquiring products strictly as research reference materials for lawful laboratory purposes. Vibe Compound Labs may cancel any order or revoke any promotion where fraud, abuse, reseller activity, code sharing, or error in pricing or offer terms is suspected.
