RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 20, 2026

1. Refund Method

Effective immediately, all refunds are issued exclusively as store credit. Cash, card, or original-payment-method refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit is delivered as a unique coupon code via email, redeemable on a future order at Vibe Compound Labs.
  • Store credit does not expire.

2. Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made, including:

  • Items
  • Quantities
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Payment method
  • Coupon or discount application

If a change is required, the order must be canceled prior to fulfillment (where eligible) and a new order placed.

3. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that remain unused, unopened, and factory-sealed.
  • Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit is applied once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A ten percent (10%) administrative fee will be deducted from the credit amount to cover payment processing and restocking costs.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

Any order issues, including damaged or missing items, must be reported within seven (7) days of the original delivery date.

Verified issues will be resolved with either:

  • A replacement shipment; or
  • Store credit, at the sole discretion of Vibe Compound Labs.

5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only prior to fulfillment.
  • Once fulfillment has commenced, the order is final.
  • Cancellations made while an order is still in processing status will be issued as store credit for the full order balance.
  • Store credit may be applied toward any future purchase from Vibe Compound Labs.

6. Quality Assurance & Replacements

Vibe Compound Labs stands behind the purity of its products.

Replacement requests for reconstituted products are subject to the following quality-control requirements:

  • Reconstitution Media: Replacement requests are honored only when the researcher used Vibe Compound Labs BAC Water or Hospira Bacteriostatic Water. Use of any other solvent voids this guarantee.
  • Research Outcomes: We do not offer compensation or replacement based on subjective research results or experimental efficacy.

7. Acceptance

By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
